曾經意氣風發的高志壘（徐崢 飾）在生活的重壓下，中年“失速”偏離了原本的生活軌跡，一時意氣用事的決定，讓他瞬間從家人的“小驕傲”變成了社會的“邊角料”。然而，他未曾料到，這僅是他“逆行人生”道路上的起點。接連不斷的變故如疾風驟雨般襲來，迫使他不得不重新面對自我。當生活的重擔真正壓肩，他選擇成為一名外賣員，從新的起點重新出發，穿梭于都市大街小巷的高志壘在路上結識了一眾志同道合的“騎士”伙伴，在共度的時光里他深切的體會到了人間的冷暖真情，逐漸在這條充滿磨礪的“逆行道”中找回曾經丟失的勇氣與信念，重新定義人生新的方向。本片根據清明原著《逆行人生》改編。
